The location is convenient, as it takes only 10-15 minutes to reach from the airport. the staff is extremely helpful and friendly despite a language barrier. the breakfast spread is great, with plenty of choices to select from. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with televisions offering numerous channels.
One small drawback was the noise level at night, making it difficult to sleep.

My Christmas at this hotel was amazing! the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home right away. the location was perfect - just a short distance from the airport and with easy access to the city's main attractions. the breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries.
The noise level. Although the hotel was generally quiet, there were occasional loud noises from outside that kept me up at night.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the helpful and serviceminded staff, who went above and beyond the language barrier to make sure we felt welcomed. The restaurant staff, especially Lukas, were incredible.

The staff was incredibly helpful and serviceminded. Lukas in the restaurant was outstanding! Despite the language barrier, they made an effort to communicate using a computer for translation. Great customer service!

I had a fantastic experience at this luxurious hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me, even though they didn't speak English. They used a computer to communicate with me and made sure I felt comfortable. A special shoutout to Lukas in the restaurant, who provided exceptional service.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Enjoyed the nice and accommodating staff, always ready to help. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds and plenty of channels for entertainment. The breakfast choices were abundant, with many options for everyone's taste. the hotel's location was convenient, as it is only a short drive from the airport and key tourist spots.
The noise level was a bit too high, as there was a party nearby, and it disturbed my well-deserved sleep. , the bathroom was quite small and might be challenging for larger individuals.
